The Challenge

  • We interviewed executives from Amanco's operations across Latin America and analyzed the company's new products process. Based on our research and benchmarking against industry best practices, we outlined a plan for creating new products success, including developing a new products strategy, creating an effective product development process, and aligning the organization and incentives with innovation goals.
