Billy Graham Center Museum

The Billy Graham Center Museum, located on the campus of Wheaton College, offers visitors a unique overview of the history of Christian evangelism and its influence on American society.

The Challenge

  • While the Billy Graham museum had once experienced rapid growth in visitation, it had leveled off at 35,000-40,000 visitors per year.
  • The museum needed a marketing plan that would help it reach new visitors and ultimately have a greater impact on people's lives.

The Results

  • After a careful analysis of the visitor audience, goals and strengths of the museum, we developed a full plan for re-invigorating growth, including:
    1. A new brand positioning that offers a more compelling reason for visitors to attend
    2. A marketing plan for creating awareness and reaching more people cost-effectively
    3. Recommendations for evolving the visitor experience within the museum so that it has maximum impact.
