The Challenge
- In the years ahead, the Blue System will navigate major challenges that will redefine how it does business in the future. The health insurance industry as a whole faces sweeping changes brought about by rising healthcare costs, legislative reform, and changing roles for both employers and employees in purchasing health insurance.
The Results
- AspireUp worked with the 39 CEOs of the Blue System companies through facilitated work sessions and Board meetings to develop a common vision of the market and a cohesive set of strategic priorities for embracing the future.
