Differentiation through branding had become a greater strategic priority for one of Honeywell's key technology service businesses. To help accomplish this goal, the company decided to train its top 100 global managers in branding best practices for service businesses.
AspireUp developed a custom workshop focused on growing the business through differentiation and value-added service delivery. In order to make the event as relevant and engaging as possible, our preparation involved interviews with senior management members, an opinion survey, and pre-readings to educate the participants in advance.
While this was primarily an audience of non-marketers, the workshop presented concepts and tools that the participants were immediately able to apply to Honeywell's situation. The result was a highly interactive workshop in which the team became passionate about branding, and reported excellent feedback scores in a follow-up survey.
