The Challenge

  • NuVista offers consulting and research capabilities that are unique and have a powerful impact on its clients, and has the potential to grow exponentially in the coming years.
  • However, the company had not yet established high brand awareness among its target market, and needed a marketing plan for growing the business. NuVista also had many strategic options for growth, and needed to evaluate them as part of an overall strategic plan.

The Results

  • NuVista retained AspireUp to develop its 5-year growth plan and branding strategy. We conducted research with customers, employees, and partners generated major insights that shaped the company's strategy. Deliverables from the project included development of a new mission, vision, strategic plan and brand positioning.
  • Once the strategy was defined, AspireUp helped manage the implementation of the new marketing plan, including development of new creative communications vehicles designed to build awareness and strengthen the business development process.
