Pepsico is a world leader in convenient snacks, foods, and beverages, with revenues of more than $32 billion.
The Latin American division of Pepsico International wanted to sharpen the marketing decision-making skills of its top 200 leaders across the region.
In partnership with Class Five Consulting, a training program was delivered that extended over five days in Mexico. The leadership broke into teams and played a business simulation game taught at leading business schools around the world. The teams guided their virtual companies through marketing and business management decisions that extended over several years of simulated history.
Participants learned how to make strategic and tactical decisions around new products, pricing, advertising, and cost management while facing the unpredictability of market factors. The program also developed skills in delegation and team decision-making.
