Debra Kurtz has over twenty years experience in growing organizations through business development, marketing, sales force performance management and strategic planning. She has provided thought leadership for small-to-medium sized companies and leading firms such as Abbott, Hewlett-Packard, Roche, Stericycle, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, The Bradford Exchange, and NICOR.

Debra is recognized for building impressive financial performance, developing innovative products and services, and generating dominant market share. She has held the titles of President, Vice President of Sales, Director of Marketing and Director of Sales. At Medela Inc,, a medical device manufacturer, Debra led the sales and marketing teams which grew revenues and profits over 600%, consistently delivered 15%+ EBITDA, and secured 80% market share.

Debra has authored articles on business development strategies in national publications and is a frequent speaker on strategy, marketing and sales topics. She earned a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Wheaton College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Washington University and an MBA also from Washington University, with continuing education at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
